Epiphanies: Enhancements, implants and futility

In a day and age where you can augment the human body in a litany of ways.

The one medium where lasting enhancement has been procured for millenia, via the pages of a book…

Is seen as an oddity of sorts.

Breasts, abdominals, buttocks, hair… But the brain, why would anyone waste their time on something so… Trivial?

You can’t make your intellect shake it like a saltshaker, so that makes perfect sense.
