While in storms

Grand lessons
begot when
storms pass,
hold fast…
get up
don’t bend,
the survival strategies
for those
who remain…
the worthy
and chosen
to spread
the stories
of the seeds
that they
planted
within us
so we get up
learning
to float
and not
to sink.
