The non-compliant

The utility of
their evil
is bigotry
plain and simple…
hate begets nothing
but
hate and vitriol,
alas I will not… bend,
to the whims or
odditty of the intellectually
uncurious…
refusing to breathe winds
of flatulence,
by way of malordorous men
with bad skin, gnarled hands…
jeered in public spaces
good gracious

as their minons
harbor opinions
that my skin is
a sin…

called less than
mighty,
in love with my essence
despising my presence
while lusting
for my blessings.

Verily I say unto thee…
I will not comply
simply because
I am glorious,
like those who
preceded me.
