Terrorism redefined – An epiphany

As stood here early this morning, I had an epiphany.

We put terrorism and terrorists in a box that they don’t need to be in. Terrorists aren’t confined to blowing up or hijacking our overall sense of security it goes deeper than that.

At the core of terrorism is the hijacking of our emotions, causing the target to go into a tailspin of sorts. That being said a lot of people on social media fit that mold. The commentary that ensues gives them the power that they need for their survival and validation.

We can fight back against this scourge by doing 2 simple and powerful things.

1. Being quiet… Let them marinate in their own juices.

2. Being their polar opposite… Be impactful.

But, do we have enough ammunition?
