Not for the fainthearted – An epiphany

History doesn’t start at what you like -and end with what doesn’t fit the sanitized version of what we’d like it to be.

Nor is it a board game, where a fortuitous roll will allow you skip a couple of spaces.
The path of history is open, and it must be ensconced in its unadulterated form, if we ever hope to extract those lessons.

Doing that will allow us to procure that which has been long denied – our freedom.
