There is nothing wrong with a little flash backing, especially when there is a lesson to be secured. In Episode Three, I delved into my use of the conversion method and how I’ve applied it in the workplace, contending with microaggressions, subtle, blatant and otherwise… as I recall an incident where someone spoke the confines of their heart complements of a wee bit too much alcohol… the old adage of history repeating rings true in this instance.
