Beyond the catacombs

Mental faculties intersect

with the physical

orbiting the soul.

A trinity

working in tandem

pulling the stricken

aimlessly

throughout

catacombs of darkness

illuminated by

fallacies of inadequacy.

As the fog thickens

tears blur vision

humility saunters in –

triumphantly clothing –

the broken

in her resplendent lessons

as they drink

from the waters.
