At the intersection of Love and Hate

I have had the privilege of being on both sides of spectrum – and during my forays I’ve breathed deeply.

I’ve born witness to disaffection – covered in the veneer of feigned pleasantries.

To bathing in the radiance of love in its most pristine state – as those who love unconditionally see the triumph of the loved as an extension of themselves.

And…

I’ve learned a crucial survival strategy.

That it is essential – to breathe seamlessly in both types of atmospheres.

If we are to live abundantly.

    Beautiful piece. Being able to survive in an environment full of hate, or hate directed towards you teaches you greater appreciation for love.

      Thank you Ash, it is a balancing act that many of us neglect at our own expense.

      Love is redemptive, but hate is easier.
