The recipe of our lessons

The greatest lessons procured are out of the ashes of humility.

I am thankful for situations conceived in the confines of pain and disaffection that become instructive – as it is our trials and tribulations that peel away the proverbial layers of the onion.

My recalcitrance has been worn away by the corrosive properties of struggles – many of my own making, that have opened my heart to receive that which is greater than the stubborn complacency which as failed me time and again.

If the ingredients for our success are provided ethereally and God harbors the recipe for our franchisement.

Is it tantamount to expecting for God to fix our plate as well?
